Embrace Forgiveness
Fire burns everything that comes into its contact. But the heat of anger of a person burns only himself. If you hit the earth by your hand, it's only your hand that will suffer the pains. Your annoyance or irritation upon someone might disturb or hurt him, but it will certainly and firstly do more harm to you. Even if you feel justified in taking revenge against someone's misdeeds and even if you are mightier and capable of retaliating, you should better forgive. Because, your anger and arrogance would be worse (for you also) than whatever wrong one might have done (to you). As you might have experienced on several occasions, if one controls the wrath and maintain mental stability, most disputes or problems could be resolved peacefully and give you the content of mind, which you are dying for.
So what if you take revenge against someone's wrong against you? Every animal has this beastly instinct. Even a tiny ant can do that. Greater is the one who can forgive his enemies. Why don't you learn something from the earth? You dig it, plough it, but in return, it blesses you with crops, water, minerals and what not! Look at the piece of sugarcane! You cut it, press it, chew it, but it reacts by filling your mouth with sweet juice.
Those who have harmed you or committed crime against you are coward, weak, ignorant, because only those having a dormant conscience can do so. Why should you belittle yourself by responding back at their level? It does not suit an intrepid warrior to use weapons against the blinds or the slept ones.
Your act of revenge might sometimes, give temporary 'satisfaction' to your ego, but the joy induced by your act of forgiving would last for long.
Generous Like The Clouds
Stingy fellows, who keep their resources only to themselves and remain apathetic to others' sufferings, are in fact accounting sins for their future destiny. Those who have stocked heaps of wealth in their possession but never use it are mere 'guards' of money. Such fellows are burden on this earth that can do nothing for anyone. Even materialistically, they don't enjoy anything; the thirst of gaining more, the worries and tensions of safeguarding the possession and the miserly attitude do not let them live in peace; they neither eat well nor can give anything to others. Despite having millions or billions of riches, they remain poor, beggars … Thirst for more and more of selfish passions does not even let one see what are the right or wrong means of pilling the stocks of wealth. Prosperity earned by unfair means cannot let one prosper …. One dies empty handed and later one all that dead property possessed by him does no good to even to those who grabs it afterwards….
On the contrary those who earn honestly and spend magnanimously and wisely in good, constructive and auspicious activities are always prospering. They are like clouds, which eschewer generously; even if emptied today, the clouds are filled again and return back tomorrow with same dignity.
Integrity, benevolence, caring and helping sociability - are virtues of greatness, which can make the entire world your own. No one can forget the warmth of meeting such amicable personalities. But, the selfish fellows, howsoever talented and affluent they might be, remain aloof and virtually isolated; their state is like that of milk kept in a dirty pot, which is thrown without use….

Don't Impose Your Personal Judgments
Though nothing could be predicated about the future with certainty, it is sure that someone who underestimates or criticizes others is bound to enhance his own pompousness, ego, anger and false prejudices and suffer the negative consequences. Such a person develops a tendency of illusory judgment and becomes blind towards his own ills and shortcomings. Hatred, fear, jealous and false accusation on others, is the other evils that nature in him side by side.
We must remember that no body in this world is so sacred that he gets a right to identify someone else's sins and decide the punishment. God alone is the Absolute Authority to do so.
A religious quote conveys - Don't look at any body's personal blemishes; this way you can be sure that no one will remember your faults after you are gone…., then God will also forgive you ….
Being kind to others does not mean that social crimes or injustice be tolerated or your duties are neglected. Note that, you should not mix your personal prejudices with your duties. As a responsible citizen, it is your duty to cooperate in booking the culprit of the society and submit him to the court of law. But remember that your personal feelings should not overshadow the truth.
Learn To Mold Your Circumstances
There is nothing like an ideal circumstance in this world. You will be able to do nothing if you continue to wait for favorable times. You are gifted with the potentials to shape your circumstances in favor of your determined endeavor.
It is your inner strength and focused will of your mind that makes you the architect of your fate. God will help you only if you help yourself. Nothing can hinder or divert your path, no adversity could prevent your strive, if you are unperturbed in your efforts.
Wise men know to conquer the circumstances by molding themselves as per the need of the hour without sacrificing their principles and chosen path. This is where the real intelligence, patience and farsightedness are tested.
Aspiration with zeal to excel is the key to all success and progress. It is hidden in some layer in the depth of your mind as well. Just search and activate it. Your inner will would then give you the desired courage. Don't worry about the negative circumstances and challenges on your way. They are natural. You should learn to face them; mold them with patience and prudence or try to adjust with them without losing your determination and sight of your chosen aim. Sooner or later, you will win.

Building The Future Generations
The little ones in your home are the future citizens, architects of future of the society. God has entrusted the responsibility of raising them and building their character upon your shoulders. You must take due interest in their proper education and cultured refinement.
The ambience of your home, your culture and lifestyle has utmost impact on the mind of your child. Every thing happening around leaves an inscription upon his delicate memory and brain system. His or her habits and tendencies are molded according to those of the other family members. If you are not kind, generous, and tolerant in your day to day interactions, if you don't love and respect your relatives and neighbors, you can't expect your children to be good. If you drink wine, eat meat and other harmful stuff, and then your children will get used to them. How will they observe discipline of healthy nourishment? If you can't leave your habit of using abusive language and uncivilized manners. You have no right to scold your child for doing so. If you watch obscene films, read erotic literature, sub-standard TV programs, you are sowing the seeds of your vulgar lust and untoward tendencies in your children's mind and thus contributing to spoiling their characters.
The mental makeup of the children is like soft soil, which could be molded as per the shape of the mould. Your personality works like a mould that predominantly casts the children's trait. Impressions of what they learn at schools are secondary. You should therefore first model of what you would like your children to be.

Death is Not the End of Life
As you (in the physical body) change the old or torn cloths and wear new ones, the same way you (the soul) change the old or decayed body and are born in new. As the change of clothing has no effect on the body, the same way, the change of body has no effect on the soul. Death is simply a transition point, an opportunity of this change. The physical body and the identity of the person associated with it remains the same eternally. Death should not be a cause of worry or fear for us. The body is made up of perishable substances and is therefore mortal; its death is certain. The life is there because of the presence of soul; it is only the manifestation of the soul as an individual self, which gives the latter its existence. So the reality of one's life is the soul. Then why cry over one's death? After all, it is only the body and not the soul, which dies. Death is only a transition phase, an opportunity of evolved manifestation of the individual self in new life. It is only a pause in the endless journey of the soul and not the end…
Measure of Spirituality
Dignity of a person is not defined in terms of his prosperity or worldly possession. Those who accumulate excessive wealth are usually plunderer in one form or the other, who grab and consume a lot from the world but give it nothing in comparison.
The deeds of service are admirable but these actions alone are not sufficient to justify one's greatness. That way, many birds and animals are ahead of us in prompt service and help in maintaining the cycle of Nature and providing conditions for healthy sustenance of others' lives without asking anything in return. Look at the rats, dogs, pigs, crows, vultures for example! They eat rotten, biodegradable substances, excreta, dirt, or dead bodies, etc and cleanse our surroundings. The swiftness for this natural hygiene found in these creatures is much more than our activities of keeping our own house clean. Thus good actions only can't set a criterion for measuring nobility. It is the inner spirit, the pure sentiment which inspires noble, altruistic actions, ideal conduct, dutifulness, compassion, etc that matters the more. It is the light of spirituality, the nobility of heart (inner sentiments), which excels good actions and makes one a great, revered being. This is why the holy Gita says - a person is what his shraddha is.
Cultivate an Outlook of Admiration
If we start looking at the flaws of ones body or something, we will find everything wrong there; it will appear that this being or thing is full of blemishes, vices, mistakes and what not. But, if we change our attitude and try finding at least something good, we will see that there also are many worthwhile qualities, positive attributes in the same. In fact, this world and every creature, every thing here is constituted of the three basic Gunas (intrinsic tendencies of Nature). Varied proportion of these amounts to good or bad qualities; both are present everywhere, though at different extents and in different forms. It is up to us whether we see and grasp the good things and benefit from them or keep criticizing and worrying about the bad ones around us.
If we cultivate a temperament of seeking and adopting the virtuous and the auspicious, which pervades in this world of combination of good and bad, our lives would be tru ly progressive. The bad or evil is there to teach us, to warn us, and to make us careful and aware that we should keep off from it. We have to fight it and protect ourselves from it by using our inner strength and intelligence. This is how the latter would evolve and elevate.

Crying Is of No Use
God has gifted you with enormous abilities and potentials and sent you to live a graceful life. HE does not want to see that one of his children is honored on a throne and the other suffers a downtrodden, homeless life. All the children are alike and beloved to the father; he cares for everyone' and wants to see everyone happy.
If you are unhappy or tearful, it is not HIS flaw. You are making yourself unhappy, because of your ignorance, vices and infirmities, ruining the opportunities bestowed by HIM. Human life is the best thing God has blessed upon you. Look at the potentials of your body, your mind; these are the tools, by which you can raise, progress from wherever you are. Crying of the scarcities or adversities, screaming for help, cursing your destiny won't do any good to you. You have to recognize your own strength and make best use of it in the given circumstances. You are the architect of your own destiny.
Those who make constructive use of the powers bequeathed by God are always happy. Those who aspire a lot but make no efforts, or do not struggle with the adverse circumstances, do nothing but cry and hope of some help from somewhere, remain unhappy or worried most of their life. Come on! Get up! Realize your self-dignity. There is no trouble, no hardship or misfortune, which can rule over you. You are born to life happily and rise. Know your powers, assemble and make use of them with sincere, thoughtful efforts.
Create Happiness in Life
Rise up with new zest for life. Sow the seeds of livelihood (in you mental field), create an ambience of purity around you. First uproot the hazardous "shrubs" of ego and jealousy. If you tell lies, cheat others, conspire something against someone, you would belittle yourself; decline and darken your own future. If you attempt so, even if you apply all your powers, you may never be able to harm any one, as much as you would harm yourself; this way you would ruin your life completely.
Be sincere and endeavor to progress with honest and just means. You will have to prove yourself before the world if you want to achieve something here. It is the law of Nature that only those who are fit and vigorous to struggle against odds have the privilege of living a progressive life. If you can't prove your independence in resolving your own problems. You can't expect respect from others, if you are always dependent on others, the world will know you as nothing more than a parasite or beggar.
That is why! I am calling you. Get up! Rise! Strive to shape up your life by your diligence and sincere efforts of self-refinement! Struggle to acquire and protect your rights as a human!!! You will find that the struggle of self-evolution is most blissful part of life. Few hours of such a life are better than thousands years of a lethargic, dull, ignorant life which is like a living "corpse".

Conquering The Mind Wins The World
Restraining or disciplining the mind is the biggest battle of human life. The agile mind is the most dreaded and nearest enemy of the individual self. The peculiarity of this battle is that it continues throughout, every moment of one's life till the triumph of the self. One needs to recognize the real self and apply its sublime willpower. But the perennial trouble is that most often, the "self" cannot distinguish itself from the mind and what one regards as willpower is also usually a delusion with that of the dominating tendency of the mind.
The best thing to proceed with is - first control the agility of mind by engaging it constantly in some constructive activities and focused thinking that might interests it. Once it is trained in concentration the level of activity and thoughts could be gradually refined. The true nature of mind, which is driven by the inner inspiration, will then begin to manifest. So the most important thing is to refine your intrinsic desires. But again, the complicacy is that you will need the support of mind till this purification comes into effect. Nevertheless, starting with small steps you should continue your march with firm determination and self-vigilance.
Sensual passions and cravings are most prominent distraction and hindrance is this process of self-disciplining. You should therefore prepare (in your mind) an army of good thoughts and courageous examples to counter these the moment they arise. Just change your position, movement and activity at that time and start recalling the stored treasure of enlightening memories. This simple practice, with strong will, will gradually, though slowly, tune your mind with positive thinking and the inspirations of the real self. Your mind will then become your greatest friend. True! A self-disciplined and illumined mind is like an angel.
Worship True Knowledge
There is nothing more sacred in this world then gyana (pure knowledge). It is also the divine virtue of the soul. God, the Omniscient manifests itself in absolute enlightenment through gyana. Gyana is the source of beatifying success and joy. Its light destroys all the darkness of ignorance and illusions from the mind and liberates the individual self from all thralldoms.
We remain entrapped in sorrows, sufferings, failures and discontent because our knowledge is incomplete, superficial. What we regard and acquire as knowledge, is simply a systematic accumulation of information of the perceivable world and thoughts fixed in a logical framework accepted by contemporary intellectuals.
The joy we hunt in the external things and worldly activities throughout our life is in fact hidden within our own self. We can't experience it, we can't discern between what is truly good and what is not because we don't have true knowledge. The earlier we devote ourselves to attain this gyana the better. Swadhayaya and Sat-sang (self-study and analysis in the light of the thoughts and works of elevated souls; and being in the company of such enlightened people) are the best means to accomplish the quest for gyana. The greater the number of individuals illumined by gyana, the faster and brighter will be the ascent of the society and the world they belong to.

Chiseled Refinement of Life
It's the law of Nature that stress and struggle of particles generate force and motion. Friction and violent movement though appear harsh, but are necessary for sharpened gaze. The yellow metal gets its golden bright glow only after being heated and hammered. An ordinary piece of stone or metal becomes magnificent sculptures or precious idols only after undergoing hard hitting and shrill cutting. The same is true of human life. Glory of life sparkles only after passing through testing times, bearing the tough disciplines, pains and difficulties on the path of ideals. Those who can rise and March against obstructions and opposition alone can reach high goals. You can hardly find any great life or eminent success that was achieved by any one without unflinching efforts and examinations.
Devout endeavors of penance and adoption of ascetic disciplines for self purification and self transformation are described as tapasya (tapa). Chiseled refinement of life is the essence of tapa. This awakens hidden powers and sublime potentials. Vedic history has witnessed how great tapaswis have been able to conquer heavens by the spiritual force of their tapasya. The best devotion of the life- God is tapa. It is the only means of glorious accomplishments. Remember, only those gain importance and reverence in this world, who can smile in hardships and who can enjoy the pains of tapasya for noble aims.
Immeasurable Power of Truth
You should speak truth, think truthfully and make your character, your actions, and your behavior shine with the glow of truth. This will endow you with immense power, which will be stronger than any other force of power of the world. Confucius used to say that "truth contains the force of thousand elephants". Indeed the force of truth is immeasurable. It can't be compared with any other force of the world.
The wisest, strongest, truly dignified, is the one who is honest to the soul, whose conduct is pure as per the guidance of the inner self, who has discarded falsehood, show-off, artificialness in all respects. He won't have any fear, any worries. On the contrary, those who are dishonest, manipulative or cunning, they remain trapped in some hidden fear and suspicion all the time.
Power of wealth, might, power of people's support, power of intellect, many kinds of powers are there in the world, but none stands before the power of truth. A truthful person is so powerful that even the gods of heavens bow before him.
Illuminate Every Home
Those desirous of enlightened transformation at personal, familial and social level must read and contemplate upon the Yug Sahitya and follow it in practice. This literature, written in very lucid and self-explanatory style is focused at resolution of the problems of today and guiding the path to collective enlightenment. Good books, volumes, or words containing the pure knowledge, elevated thoughts and works of saints, sages and altruistic reformers carry the strength of their life-force and thus have the potential to transform ordinary mortal beings into great personalities. It is therefore said the punya (good omen) gained by Seadhyaya (devoted self-study and following) of such a literature is many times more than perhaps what one could get by biggest ever charity like donating the entire globe with all its resources…. If you have faith in me, and the driving optimism and will of ushering into an era of global welfare and peace, then engage your self in the swadhayaya of theYug Sahitya and expand it into every house, every family around you.

Boasting Sounds Raw
The shallowness (triviality, meanness) of ego is expressed in self praise or bragging. It makes you unbearable and laughable before others. People might like to praise someone, but if he starts praising himself then it would certainly reverse the impression. Even you are honestly analyzing yourself in that effort; no one would respect your self-admiration. Forget about friendship or help, people do not even like to meet arrogant, self-boasting or pompous fellows. They may not always express it on your face because of social etiquettes or fear, etc, but in reality, they would like to avoid you as far as possible if you are egotist.
You should compare your qualities and achievements with those of the great men and women renowned in human history. A camel regards himself tallest only until it doesn't stand beneath a mountain. You should meet and know the great persons and eminent talents who are revered by people to know that you are not so high as your arrogance might assume. You will also learn from them that modesty is an essential quality for prestige.
The moment you think yourself as big or heave achieved something significant, your natural quest for ascent will decelerate and might block after sometime. Don't worry and don't hurry your virtues. Your abilities will certainly be known to people via your deeds. You don't have to declare them yourself.
Thoughts are Seeds of Deeds
Narrow-mindedness, selfish boundaries, and misery are certainly not the natural components of the Supreme Creation of the Almighty. These kinds of heinous things are the products of our vices, our wrong ambitions and thoughts. Because of our ignorance and unawareness, they have silently invaded our inner self too and eaten much of our inner strength and sublime powers. This is why? Our progress or wellbeing largely remains confined to the body and physical resources; there is hardly any sigh of mental, intellectual or emotional evolution, spiritual refinement or growth of virtuous prosperity.
There in only one cause of all misery and agony in this world and that is - the misdeeds of humans. And what drives it? Maligned thinking. Thoughts are like seeds which give rise to the trees of karmas (actions): joy, sorrows and sufferings are their fruits.
It is indeed pathetic that despite living in the limitless treasure of joy that Nature barrier of prejudiced convictions and selfish passions. As a result, we get entrapped in the smog of abrupt, fallacious, irrelevant thoughts and often remain fearful, jealous, worried and depressed in one way or the other. All our misery is an outcome of our inner bankruptcy. Its time we realize it and improve ourselves right from the root of our thinking rather than attributing our failures and sorrows to - "ill omen", "lack of resources or support" or "destined life".

Be Your Own Master
You often grasp unnecessary messages from what other say. What others comment about you seem to matter more to you. This way you annoy and worry yourself and complain that people don't let you live in peace. Your own attitude is the major cause of your worries, so you trouble yourself more. Why should you get carried away by others' comment - compliments or criticism?
A wise self-confident man does what he determines to do. He is never perturbed by what other say. He is firm and focused to march towards the goal. Socrates was made to drink poison by the mightiest of his time, but no one could change his faith, his views. Banda Bairagi was forced to wear a wolf-skin and roam around in his town while his face was painted dark. But even this torturous insult could not distract him from his chosen path.
Dying for others' praise, following the popular trends, getting disturbed by negative comments or criticism of others - are clear signs of mental weaknesses. You must remember that following the crowd can lead you nowhere. You have to be your own master if you want to ascend in life. Learn to think prudently on your own. Sharpen your decision-making powers. Follow the righteous path of your duties honestly; just ignore what others would say. If you don't have the courage to stand and walk on your own, you don't deserve to be independent.
Triumph Over Vices
The external world as we find it is mostly a reflection of our inner world. Moreover, the intrinsic desires and sentiments of the human self are so strong that they attract and accumulate thoughts of similar nature, trigger one's actions accordingly and thus create corresponding circumstances.
So if you want to clean up the ambience around you, you will have to begin purifying your own sentiments and thoughts first. If you want peace and benevolence around you, you should first conquer your own vices, untoward instincts and wrong thinking. Utter selfishness and egotism are the root causes of all conflicts and clashes, be that at familial, social or communal levels. The narrow tendency of grabbing supremacy at any cost, neglecting even the genuine rights of others and ignoring the ethics of humanity, are behind the religious or political battles and wars the consequences of which are horrifying and devastating
You may care for self-respect and happy progress of your life, but it is not necessary that you should block someone else's ascent for this or snatch it from someone. People might acquire wealth and might by such means, but it hardly gives them any joys and eventually proves to be agonizing. The only and the best way to happiness is that of equality, cooperation, mutual respect and goodwill. This way, we all can contribute to spread happiness collectively and be happier …. The evils of self-centeredness are toxic to the ambience of peace. The delight that emanates from and extends the nectar of collective, widespread happiness is the real joy.

Awakening the Inner Strength
Human life is a turning point in the evolution of consciousness. One who loses this opportunity and does not attempt awakening his inner self, knowing his soul, is the biggest loser. He cannot attain peace - neither in this life, nor in the life beyond. Thus, if we are truly desirous of ascent, beatifying bliss and peace, we must begin to look inwards. Joy is not there in the outer world, not in any achievement or possession of power and enormous resources. It is the soul, which is the origin and ultimate goal of this intrinsic quest
Just think! Happiness is a virtue of consciousness, how could then the inanimate things of this world give us joy? it is after all the "individual self", which aspires for unalloyed joy and enjoys it. Then how could it be so dependent upon others for this natural spirit of the consciousness Force? How could the world, which is ever changing and perishable, be the source of fulfilling our eternal quest? On the contrary, the sensual pleasures, the worldly joys, which delude us all the time, mostly consume our strength and weaken the life force of our sense organs and our mind.
This fact should be remembered again and again that the quest, the feeling of blissfulness are there because of the soul and it is only the awakened force of the soul, the inner strength that can lead the evolution of the individual self to the highest realms of eternal beatitudeus bliss.
Who is Religious?
Love, compassion, generosity, kindness, devotion, zeal, honesty, truthfulness, unflinching faith in diving values, etc - are the natural virtues of the soul. Their presence in a person is the sigh of his/her spirituality. These alone are the source of spiritual means of inner strength. Your endeavors for cultivating these qualities in your character must continue with greater intensity till your personality is fully imbibed with them. One who achieves this, he/she alone is truly spiritual and religious; he/she alone is worthy of meeting God - being beatified by thy grace.
Devotion of God is not confined to a specific religious cult or rituals. It lies in the deepest core of the inner emotions. Those who chant God's name need not be religious; truly religious are those who follow the divine disciplines, adopt divine values in their conduct. Guiding the path to unification of the soul with God - inculcation of divinity in the human self, is the foundational purpose of religion. Blessed are those who grasp this noble truth of religion and devotion.
Those who have reached this state of devotion would deserve attaining the eternal light of ultimate knowledge. They can realize God in their pure hearts and experience the absolute bliss forever….

Altruism and Secured Future
The world in its gross form is made up of combinations and collections of infinity many tiny atoms and particles. Our society also is an ensemble of each one of us. If one by one, every member of a society separates out then there will be no society, no world. Come; let us leave our selfish identities, egos, worries and care for co-existence, cooperation and welfare of the society and the world as a whole by collective use of our virtues and capabilities.
The worth of human life lies in benevolence and service. Let us help each other; I help you, you help him, he helps me……… This way there will be no place for conflicts, mistrust, fights, and varieties of personal and social evils, which not only disturb the social harmony but also malign our personalities. If the society is safe and prosperous, the individuals would also be secured and have a bright future.
As the feeling of hospitality fills the host with enthusiasm to offer respectful service to the guests, similarly the feeling of togetherness with the society and the joy of sharing should motivate us for altruistic service. Selfless service is indeed the best mode of self-purification and divine worship. Whatever may be the logic of pleasure driven trends of modern civilization, but we should not forget that the ancient Nepalese Culture - the culture of divine rise of humanity - preaches us altruism as the prime duty of human life.
Earn With Honesty
Wealth earned by unfair means can never give you peace and happiness. The greed of people might suppress the voice of their conscience, but the latter silently revolts in the subtle world. The heaps of money and property piled through corruption are ought to be ruined, lost or drained out in one form or the other some day. The owners can't bear this loss and often lose balance of mind…. Attachment with grabbed money makes them virtually mad and greedy. Had they thought about the feelings of those from whom they have snatched or stolen this money by deception, their conscience might have awakened and warned them more intensely.
Remember, wealth or worldly resources alone can't give you joy. The peace and happiness of mind, bliss of heart, can't be bought by any means. Purity of mind and content of conscience are necessary and sufficient for this. If your aims are noble and deeds are moral, then you would be happy even without any materialistic possession.
Wealth brings prosperous progress only if earned by proper means. Otherwise, its accumulation and amount may be huge but it will not serve any purpose and will sooner or later only add to the chances of fear, fight, stress, disease theft, terror, punishment under law and social discard.

A Perfect Deal
Man is a mortal being and all his belongings are also perishable. Only one of his 'possessions' that lasts for Ages after he is gone is his glory. One who earns this preeminence is indeed most successful in the 'business' of life even if he has sacrificed or lost on the materialistic front. His trade is like, for example that of getting a new stout building in return of selling off an unused heap of hay. Great ones are those who refine and excel their lives up to glorious heights, worth the dignity of human life. Dormant lives of others mushroom and end like that of any other creature who survives just to fill the tummy and quench the sensual thirst.
Those stuck in the peripheries of selfish possession and attachments are shortsighted, their activities, despite the physical dynamism and alacrity are no better than 'movable corpse'. A dormant life is no life. Fools gather more and more of wealth and resources so that their beloved ones would enjoy it all generations after generations. They spent all their time, talents and efforts in insane and at times unfair possession and its safety. Wouldn't it be wiser of them if they had employed their resources prudently in the activities of progress and welfare? This would have brightened their own future as well along with supporting more and more people around and contributing in constructive reformation and development.
Draining or throwing away the useful things and collecting the rubbish or hazardous ones - is a clear sign of insanity. Aren't they mindless who invite enmity all the time by using absurd, abusive, acrimonious tongue? Anybody, howsoever learned, skillful and smart he might be, is unwise if instead of augmenting the virtuous qualities, he opts for vices and weaknesses.
Acquisition of Knowledge
Sagacious (truly learned) people are like soothing fragrance of flowers. They carry an aura of serene joy with them wherever they go and spread it unconditionally. Their benevolence is for everyone; every place is home to them. Vidya (pure knowledge) is the real wealth. Everything else is negligible against it. This treasure is immortal. It remains with the individual self even in the later lives. The intelligence enlightened by Vidya continues to evolve and gradually transmutes to the omniscient level; the individual self eventually sees the light of the soul and attains ultimate realization.
The deeper you dig a well, the more water you would find in it. Similar is the case with acquisition of knowledge. The more you learn, the deeper you question and attempt to know …... the greater will be your knowledge. What is the reality of the world? What is the source of peace and happiness? Only those who have attained Vidya would know the answers. Vidya alone can accomplish the eternal quest of the individual self. Then why are we so idle and indifferent towards earning this invaluable wealth? Age is never a bar in learning. No matter if you are old or even lying on death bed, so long as your mind is alive, your consciousness is present, you should have the will and zeal to acquire higher, greater knowledge, because this is a sublime treasure that you can carry along with your subtle and astral bodies in the lives after death.
They are indeed pitiable, fortune-less who escape from learning. Remember! Knowledge is the key to strength and success in the ascent of life. Even if you have to beg before a noble teacher to learn it, you should do it because acquisition of knowledge and inner enlightenment is your dignified duty (as a human being) …

O Lord! Save Us
Our ancient Rishis has said in the Rig Veda 1/86/10 that O Lord! We have fallen in a dark cave. In this severe darkness many demons are harassing us. We pray to you to destroy this darkness and bless us with the donation of brightness so that we can be liberated from these enemies.
Message: The prayer to God in this mantra is not for removing ordinary darkness which can be dispelled by lighting a lamp or pressing an electric-switch. Here the reference is to the darkness of ignorance. We are surrounded from all sides by this darkness of ignorance in which lust, anger, attachment, selfishness etc are always striving to throw us into the deep chasm of downfall. Thus we are not able to do good to us or to this world.
God gave us this human body as a result of our virtuous deeds in the past births. We are very fortunate to obtain this human body. And He gave it to us for the reason that we make this beautiful world-garden more beautiful by working like a gardener. But gripped by ignorance we are not at all willing to look towards it and remain continuously busy for fulfilling our lowly and base selfish aims. Every time we are manipulating and satisfying our greed, attachment and desires and when faced with obstacles in the path we become angry. We are not able to see beyond the desire for children, fame and money. We want everything in this world without worrying about whether others die of hunger. We become blind to others for fulfilling our selfish desires. We erect such high walls around us that God's divine light is unable to reach us.
Surrounded by darkness, our soul is crying out loudly and we are not able to hear it. We require that divine light, with whose help we can see our soul, can hear its voice and spread all around the divine light of the union of the soul with the Supreme. The brightness of a thousand suns also looks dim in front of the brightness of the soul. "Tamaso ma jyotirgamaya, asato ma sadgamaya', this prayer is for leading from darkness to light and from untruth to truth. With the exit of ignorance the flame of truth enlightens our life. "Mrutyor ma amrutamgamaya" - we proceed from mortality to immortality. Only by obtaining the true knowledge, it becomes possible to identify the demons obstructing the true path and then only we realize that those whom we consider our well-wishers, they are digging our graves and those whom we considered our enemies they are our real friends.
This is the essence of the Nepalese way of life. this is the aim of Nepalese religious books and knowledge. By enlightenment of the ultimate knowledge, guidance should be available throughout the life - such is the total arrangement here. With the dawn of knowledge in the mind, all the deeds are carried out accordingly and man proceeds with ease on the path of spiritual salvation.
No sooner the ignorance is removed, the achievement of life's goal becomes possible.

Radiesthesia methods for finding Aura
The information about colors in the aura can also be found by radiesthetic methods - dowsing and pendulum. Dowsing can be done in two ways: First, by asking questions to the rods, such as, "Is the primary color of Ram Prakash is red? and then looking for the answer "yes" or "no", according to how the rods are programmed. For example, the two rods that were held parallel before questioning may come together or even overlap each other to mean "yes", or go apart to mean "no". You may talk to the subconscious and the rods before beginning the experiment. If the answer to red is "no", you can next ask about orange, and so on, till the answer is "yes". Then you can ask about the secondary colors one by one and about the location of all these colors. After all the information is collected, you can give a life reading.
Second, you can make a circular chart and color different sections with all possible colors and also w rite their names therein. Keeping your feet on the ground and elbows on the table of the chart, hold one rod loosely at the centre of the circle. Ask the subconscious and the rod to move and stop at the division which represents the primary color of the person under experiment, whether someone else or yourself. Then you can ask the rod to indicate secondary colors one by one, and then the location of all the colors. Now you are ready to give a life reading and even ask further questions, if any.
The pendulum can also be used after programming it to rotate clockwise for 'yes' and anticlockwise for 'no' or any other possible movements. Make a straight chart showing all possible colors. Move the pendulum on each color till the answer is 'yes'. All the primary and secondary colors can be determined in this manner, and a life reading can be given.
Color awareness should be improved so that the colors in the aura can be conveniently detected. There are certain habits and exercises, which can bring improvement in the recognition of colors. You should remain alert in noticing the colors of the dresses you and others were every day. You may find that everyone has a more or less favorite color. Note him or her and analyze the nature of every person as you know and relate it to the color he or she wears normally. After knowing your colors either through numerology or through dowsing, you should try to wear those colors in some form or the other and you will notice that you are more successful in your endeavors. For example, shirts, trousers, blouses, skirts, shoes, socks, handkerchiefs, bags, covers on books, curtains in rooms, etc, can be so selected that they match your primary and secondary colors.
To sharpen your talents, you should wear the color of your talent number. To be successful in business or daily affairs, you should wear the color of your destiny number. To see the satisfaction of your heart's desire, you should wear the color of your heart number as some part of your dress or a t least keep a handkerchief of that color. To make the force of your ultimate number work in your life, you should wear some part of your dress in that color. If you are going to meet a particular person and you know his/her color, you should carry the color with you in some form or the other, so as to attract the attention of that person and win his/her favor. You can calculate many minor numbers that affect you through numerology, and use related colors to enhance those aspects of life. In any case, it is advisable that major parts of your dress and surroundings are in your primary color for general success. Make this a habit and see the difference.
Creative imagination is very useful in improving color awareness. While sitting in a chair comfortably or lying in bed in a relaxed mood, you can close your eyes and inhale deeply the imaginary air of one particular color. Imagine that particular color is pervading your whole body with the breathing and is imparting qualities of that color, number to you. For example, with red you should imagine that you are becoming individualized, independent and leader in your field. With orange you should imagine that you are becoming peaceful, cooperative and tactful. And so on. You can use all colors of the rainbow one by one in the reverse order of VIBGYOR that is, beginning with red and ending with violet. This can balance your personality with all colors or numbers and increase the required awareness of colors.

Seeing the Aura1
There is another way to begin seeing the auras. Put the tips of your index fingers together in front of you, for about 15 seconds. Then slowly pull them apart. You may see fine thread of energy between them, which may disappear as the distance becomes more than half-an-inch in the beginning. Gradually you may use all the fingers of your hands or at times one or more fingers with your partner. You may start to see the aura around other parts of your body also.
Now you can attempt to see the auras of others. Make your friend stand about ten feet away from you against a white (or black) wall, in a dimly lit room. Look at the forehead of your friend for a while, and then move your eyes in a clockwise direction around his/her whole body. The movement of the eyes should be quick so that the powers of the eyes are evoked. Coming back to the forehead, keep your eyes focused on it for about half-a-minute. Alternate the concentrated focus on the forehead with a passive soft focus around the whole body for half-a-minute. Do it a couple of times. The aura around the head may appear first, and it is more pronounced than that around any other part of the body. A hazy aura may appear around the whole body, like the one you saw around your own hand in the beginning. Remember that clothing obstructs the aura. The aura may appear and disappear in the beginning, especially when you try to touch it. You may go back and forth to make it appear constantly. When you try to touch it, it will appear like a soft balloon-like material, which may be pressed like rubber, but you can enter it.
Variations in color will appear according to the emotions of the person. For example, if you ask your friend to become angry, you will notice a dull reddish tinge in the aura. If he/she becomes happy and cheerful, either by remembering something nice or by deep breathing, you can see that the aura becomes larger. You can also observe that the parts of aura around the chakras move rapidly in circular motions. You can practice seeing the aura of your friend when he/she is walking in a crowded area. you can also try to observe the auras of other people in the crowd. However, it should be remembered that you see auras best when there is dim light and a clear white or black background. Early mornings and late afternoons are the best times.

Seeing the Aura
There are two ways of seeing an aura; intuitive and physical. The intuitive way is to see it through the mind's eye within or through the 'third eye' as some say. This is suitable for those who are generally more relaxed and meditative. Such people have a sort of 'daydreaming vision', as if looking into nothingness. This habit is also helpful in objective or physical visualization of the aura with practice and persistence. Although both methods carry equal importance, the physical or objective viewing of aura carries the advantage of greater tangibility of subtle energies, such as the one possessed by dowsing rods and the pendulum.
Seeing the aura physically is a natural ability with almost everyone. It is normally more pronounced in childhood, but the elders in the house never encourage children to devote time to it for several reasons. This ability is thus seemingly lost and remains dormant, until evoked through special practices.
Ways of Seeing the Aura
Perform some relaxation exercises, such as meditation, and soft deep breathing, for some time. Begin with experimentation in a relaxed mood, a result-oriented, rigid view may deter success for some time. Tell yourself that it does not matter if you do not see anything today. It is good to begin with seeing one of your hands with the palm facing towards you, at a distance of one to one-and a half feet, against a white background, in a dimly lit room. Some people prefer a black background for the visibility of auric lights. Keep a soft focus on the finger tips and around, like the daydreaming vision of nothingness. Sooner or later, today or tomorrow, you will begin to see a soft haze around your fingers. With continued practice, colors will begin to appear as dots or flashes in the beginning.
Alternate between concentration and soft focusing on the hand for about half-a-minute each. The haze will begin to appear around the fingers and hands with continued practice for a few days; only in some cases it might take a month or so. Be aware of the dots or flashes of colors which may appear in the aura from time to time; do not dismiss them as fantasy or something else. Slowly you will be able to hold the colors.
Now hold both hands, 3 to 4 inches apart, palms facing towards you, at the level of your eyes. Concentrate on the edges or on the space between the fingers for about half-a-minute and then shift the focus to the area surrounding the two hands. Keep looking at the outline of the hands against the white background. Although the experiences vary from person to person, you normally see a soft haze around your hands, which may be colorless or pale white. With continued practice the colors will begin to appear in variations. A steady state may come after some time. There is another way to begin seeing the auras. Put the tips of your index fingers together in front of you, for about 15 seconds. Then slowly pull them apart. Priest is Yagya
Why do we regard the sacrificial fire of Yagya as Purohit? It inspires us to imbibe its five idealistic qualities in our life
· Fire has the characteristic of always being hot and bright. We are inspired to lead bright, radiant, active lives like fire, full of wisdom and brilliance.
· The flame of fire always goes upwards. One may apply any amount of pressure but its flame never goes downwards. It teaches us that despite immense pressures of fear and temptations our flame of wisdom, and foresight should ever be kept alight and up turned.
· Anything coming in contact with fire becomes fire itself. We should also have such a quality of excellence in our character, so that any one coming in our contact may become refined.
· Fire accumulates nothing. Whatever is offered in the fire is vaporized. It is scattered throughout in the atmosphere and becomes universal. We should also not accumulate possessions for our selfish ends but utilize all our resources and qualities for advancing the good of the people. We should be generous and lovingly kind.
· The residues of fire are ashes. Ultimately physical forms of all human beings are going to be reduced to a handful of ashes. The idea behind applying (ashes of Yagya) on the forehead is that man should always remember the inevitability of death and utilize each and every moment of his life in the best possible manner.
These five teachings are known as panchagnividya which the priest (purohit) in the form of fire teaches to every human being. A man is truly blessed if he imbibes these teachings in his daily life by performing symbolic worship in the form of Yagya.
The real purpose of Yagya is to imbibe virtues like self- sacrifice, self-restraint (sanyam), charity, beneficence, generosity, compassion etc. in our daily life. It inspires us to surrender everything, body, mind, ego and soul to God. A Sadhak on surrendering himself to God, who has been described as Yagya-Purush in the scriptures, becomes one with Yagya, just as Samadhi on being consumed in the sacrificial fire of Yagya, become fire itself. In fact the real Yagya is to follow the directions and inspirations of our indwelling divinity and imbibe righteous tendencies. Constant remembrance of the Divine, keeping an attitude of detachment and remaining engrossed in regular sacred studies and devotion amounts to leading a Yagyiya life. Such a person sees the presence of God in everyone, everywhere and becomes free of evil deeds and sins.
Geeta describes several categories of Yagya, just as Deva-Yagya, Atma-Yagya, Brahma-Yagya, Tapa-Yagya, Yoga-Yagya, Swadhaya-Yagya, Gyan-Yagya etc and enunciates that whatever is done for realization of God or for self-realization is known as Yagya. Agnihotra or performance of material part of Yagya is a first step which culminates in the ultimate goal of spiritual Yagya. In the beginning, a Sadhak starts with symbolic idol worship but after some practice he starts meditating on the formless Omnipresent Brahma. Yagya is a specific and an inseparable part of Gayatri Sadhana which purifies a person's thoughts, emotions, sentiments and actions, to be able to surrender himself at the lotus feet of the Almighty and become Yagyamaya or one with God. In short, it promotes virtues like beneficence, mutual cooperation, righteousness, good will, self-restraint, sacrifice, generosity etc.

Putting on Yagyopaveet is necessary for Sadhaks
Some people think that they should not put on Yagyopaveet as they will not be able to observe its rules. This amount to saying one should not worship unless he has devotion to God. God is worshipped so that we may be able to develop devotion. Similarly, Yagyopaveet should be put on so that conscious attempt could be made to observe its rules. Only a sick person needs medicine.
People have strange misgivings about observance of rules. Some think that Yagyopaveet relates only to fulfillment of certain rules, just as not taking food without taking bath or not taking food which is not fresh or which is cooked by a person belonging to a different caste. These are all false beliefs. The object of Yagyopaveet is to promote all-round human development which includes development of health and to do so, it is necessary to follow carefully all rules relating to food also. But if there remains any flaw in observing certain rules regarding food, it should not be considered that the right to put on Yagyopaveet has been forfeited on that account.
Some people do not put on Yagyopaveet or abandon it on account of fear that they are likely to forget putting Yagyopaveet around their right ear while going to urinal or latrine. Is is true that this rule should be strictly observed but the beginners deserve some leniency till the routine becomes a habit. In the beginning, Yagyopaveet may be wrapped round the neck so that it may climb up above the waist. The main purpose in putting Yagyopaveet round the ear is that it may go up above the waist so that there may not be any possibility of its being touched by any sort of impurity. If perchance one fails to wind it up around the ear it is not necessary to change the Yagyopaveet. Putting on Yagyopaveet around the neck can be dispensed with as soon as habit is formed to wind it around the right ear.
For children of tender age and other forgetful persons, Yagyopaveet of one-third size, known as kanthi, can be used by putting it around the neck. Small children and insufficiently refined/uncouth people often neglect to clean Yagyopaveet daily which gives badly smell on account of perspiration, dirt etc. It was to take case of such cases that wearing of kanthi consisting of a string of small beads of tulsi, rudrakhaa or some other sacred material around the neck came in vogue.

Shikha and Sootra, Symbol of Hindu Dharma1
Continue from the first article - This, in short is the four fold duty of a person who puts on Yagyopaveet. He has to develop his capabilities, has to be generous and utilize his talents in the service of others. Thus alone can he attain peace and happiness for himself and help others to attain these.
According to Gaya tri-Geeta, nine fibers of Yagyopaveet represent nine virtues which are as important and precious as gems. These virtues are:- the science of life, awakening of inner hidden energies, superiority, purity, divine insight, righteousness, wisdom, self control, and service.
By achieving knowledge of the science of life man understands the mystery behind birth and death. He has no fear of death and is always fearless. He has no attachment to or craving for worldly objects. He, thus, escapes from the pendulum like swings of ups and downs of life created by the illusory play of dualities of success and failure, pleasure and pain, birth and death etc from which ignorant people are perpetually tormented.
A person who is able to awaken his dormant energies becomes more and more healthy, learned, wise, generous, cooperative and respectable, as the inner energies gain prominence in his soul. A weak person is often a victim of bad habits, destined and of wicked persons who are stronger than him, but a strong and noble person himself enjoys life and extends a helping hand to those weaker to him. Injustice flourishes when there are no checks and balances in the exercise of power. Acquisition of power by persons of nobility of character acts as an antidote to this unbridled and evil exercise of power by those who are evil-minded tyrants.
Superiority does not lie in power and pelf but in the richness of high ideals and aims and feelings of compassion, kindness, sharing and carrying. Persons who possess only power and pelf and lack inner refinement and balance are crude, fickle-minded, mean and disturbed. They live lives of utmost inferiority. On the other hand, persons of high thinking generosity of nature and noble actions lead lives of superior quality even if they are not materially affluent. It is this aristocracy of spiritual richness that gives unshakable peace and unalloyed happiness.
Purity is true beauty. Not only human beings but even animals and birds, insects and worms like beauty. Wherever there is impurity, ugliness is bound to be there and nobody would like to stay there. A person having impurities in his body is bound to be weak and sick. Then what to say of a person whose mind, intellect and inner-self are full of dross? He is no better than an animal or devil. The only way to rise above these infirmities is to cultivate all-round purity. One who is pure internally as well as externally, whose means of livelihood, ideology, body, speech, dress, residence and other materials of use are clean and pure, will be happy, cheerful, sweet-tempered and contented.
Divine insight means establishing relationship with divine qualities of the world. Like attracts like that. Persons having an outlook of seeing goodness in the world find good persons all around them. If we pay attention to philanthropic deeds, goodness, service-mindedness, cooperation and good deeds done by the people we will find that by and large there is far better in the world than evil. To a person with perverted mind, all objects and person will appear perverse. Likewise one who looks with eyes of love and understanding will find the same qualities reflected back from all around him. He will discover that the world is a multi-hued, beautiful and sweet-smelling garden of God.

Shikha and Sootra, Symbol of Hindu Dharma
There are two symbols of Hindu Dharma, one is Shikha (distinctive lock of hair on the crown of the head) and the other is sootra. Sootra means Yogyopaveet or sacred thread. Just as in the context of devotion for one's own country there is a national flag, so also, Shikha is like a flag of divine culture on the fortress of human brain. Religious communities have their respective flags. The idol of Lord Shiva can be installed merely by placing a circular stone on a platform. Shikha is like a banner of Gayatri Mata installed on the top of the head, so that it may always be kept in mind that the entry of evil thoughts is panned in this area and only righteous thoughts are welcome.
In Hindu Dharma, Mundan, in which the hairs on the head of a child are shaved, is regarded as an important ceremony. In fact, this is a celebration of installation of Shikha which is formed by removing other hair on the head. Human body is regarded as a temple on which Shikha is established like a banner.
Yagyopaveet, an Image of Gayatri
Yagyopaveet is also called Brahma-sootra. Thread is also called sootra. The authors of Vyakran, darshan, religious scriptures and several other ancient treatises have tried to express their purport in very brief, concise sentences in Sanskrit. Detailed commentaries, annotations have been written on these sootras which explain the meaning underlying them. Although, there are no letters in Brahma-sootra, much has been indicated with the help of images, marks, signs, pictures etc. The Brahma-sootras of yagyopaveet also, even without speech and script incorporate within them meanings of deep import. Gayatri is known as Guru-Mantra. Yagyopaveet ceremony is performed with the chanting of Gayatri Mantra and other Veda-Mantras. It is as much necessary for a dwij to know Gayatri as it is to put on Yagyopaveet. Gayatri and Yagyopaveet constitute one pair as do the words Lakshyami-Narayan, Sita-Rama, Radhe-Shyam, Prakriti-Brahma, and Gauri-Shankar. Their union forms one single unit. Just as husband and wife living together constitute a family, dwijatva is a union of Gayatri and Yagyopaveet. Yagyopaveet is sootra and Gayatri its interpretation. They are inter-linked.
There are three threads in Yagyopaveet, so also Gayatri has three phases. The first phase is "tatsavitur varenyam", second is "bhargo devasasya dhee mahi", and third one is "dhiyo yon aha prachodayat". To understand the principle underlying three threads of Yagyopaveet, one should thoroughly understand the afore-said three phases of Gayatri. There are three Granthis (knots) and one Brahma Granthi in Yagyopaveet. In Gayatri there are three vyahritis, namely Bhooha, Bhuvaha, Swaha and one pranav (Om). Onkar (Om) and three vyahritis of Gayatri Mantra symbolize respectively the Brahma Granthi and three knots of Yagyopaveet. The first, second and third phases of Gayatri symbolize the first, second and third threads of Yagyopaveet respectively.
Let us now examine in detail what is the meaning and philosophy underlying this interpretation of Gayatri and Yagyopaveet. The message of pranav is that God pervades all living beings and so a Sadhak should devote himself selflessly and quietly in the service of humanity. Bhooba implies that the human body is just a transient instrument. A seeker of truth should not get attached to it but should enhance his inner spiritual awareness, pursue the righteous path and do selfless service. Buvaha means a person who struggles valiantly against evils attains self-realization. He alone is wise who follows high ideals with pure means. Swaha implies that truth should be pursued through discriminating wisdom and pure intellect and thus inspire others by example to lead a life of austerity, devotion, self-inquiry, self-restraint and sacrifice.

True meaning of Color
Traditionally a particular color would typify a person and say, "this is how the person is". True meaning would differ on the 'level of certainty' and say, "this is how the person should be". This is so because only a few of us live or are able to live correctly according to the traditional meaning. Most of us do not live or are not able to live the way the traditional meaning expects. This observation applies equally to astrology, numerology, palm reading predictions, etc.
According to the traditional meaning nature normally offers an opportunity to people, which they fail to grab for several reasons. One of the most common reasons is the fear of failing. In come corner of their heart they feel that this is what they are supposed to be, and perhaps they could have done it. However, they were afraid, and the opportunity passed by. They felt safer in leading a mediocre life. I personally am aware of missing several grand opportunities that came my way.
The other prominent reason for missing the opportunity is to live as a means to an end. People have to earn money to pay the bills and run the family, and so, they cannot pursue the special lines offered by their primary color. They could have become extraordinary, but they were forced by circumstances to live a mediocre life. More often than not such people are painfully aware of what they have missed. But, I repeat, the opportunities keep persisting, and at any other time in life you can still seize one of them. You always have a chance to live true to the traditional meaning of the color
Thus, an engineer, a doctor, a lecturer, a carpenter, a blacksmith, a cobbler - all may be having the same color as primary in the aura, but they are leading different professions. Similarly, if you see the auras of half a dozen librarians, for example, you may be surprised to see that they have six different colors as primary in their auras. This explains why most people are doing what they are not supposed to be doing. Yet there are a few who are doing what they are supposed to be doing. And they are the brilliant ones, know in society for their work Galileo, Einstein, Rabindranath Tagore, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Nat King Cole are some such examples. This should motivate you to find your primary color in the aura, and to live up to its requirements, if possible. It is never too late.
Then there are mood colors in the auras. For example, if you are angry or jealous or revengeful, a dirty red can appear in the outskirts of your aura. Murderers and condemned people may have dull red and black combined at the moment of their intense feelings.
When you are in love or in a peaceful state or involved in religious activities, blue and violet may appear in the aura. Blue and green appearing together may imply intuitive awareness. Appearance of gray would mean depression or stress. When you are thoughtful, a yellow tinge may be seen in the outskirts. When you are involved in philanthropic or compassionate activities, indigo may be seen in the aura for that time. These are temporary appearances.

Wisdom Through Gayatri Sadhana
Gayatri is a mantra which inspires true wisdom and inspires the mind intellect with inner psyche and emotions of the devotee in the righteous path. In the mental sphere, with the development of virtues, vices like passion, anger, greed, attachment, pride, jealousy, selfishness, laziness, intoxication, lewdness, deception, falsehood, pretence, worry, fear, sorrow etc, get reduced and with their reduction virtues like self-restraint, regularity, sacrifice, equality, humility, simplicity, straight-forwardness, truthfulness, fearlessness, carefulness, valor, wisdom, courage, patience, compassion, love, service, generosity, dutifulness, devoutness etc starts developing in the Sadhak. The result of this inner transformation is that the Sadhak acquires the wisdom and strength to meet with equanimity routine challenges and setbacks of daily life. Physical ailments a re averted on account of exercising self-control over sense organs and maintaining regularity. Wit the awakening of the power of discrimination, one gets rid of worries, sorrows, fear, apprehension, attachment, loss etc, which are all created due to ignorance. On account of faith in God, the intellect remains unperturbed and the Sadhak remains care-free about his future. Other people are also benefited by the Sadhak's virtues like service-mindedness, politeness, generosity, philanthropy, honesty, benevolence etc and there is no apprehension of any harm being done to anybody by him. The result is that out of gratitude for his unconditional service people become his admires, friends and defenders. On account of this mutual goodwill, life becomes exceedingly blissful. Thus, with the increase in the element of righteousness (satva) in the physical as well as mental sp here a current of divine bliss overflows and Gayatri Sadhak remains always immersed in it.
Man being an integral part of Divinity, all divine powers is hidden in the human soul in seed form. These powers remain dormant under the debris of mental agitation, sensual perversions, defects and vices in the form of ignorance. People think that they are poor, miserable, insignificant and infirm, but the Sadhaks who are able to sweep away this debris from within them are able to have a glimpse of the pure light of the inner self. They know that the light of the Omnipotent Supreme Divine is present within their own soul and they are its true inheritors. As soon as the ash covering live coal is removed, red-hot flame of blazing fire is revealed. This live coal, although small in size, has the potentiality of causing devastating conflagration. With the unveiling of this curtain an insignificant man becomes a great man. Human soul is a storehouse of supreme knowledge, wisdom and extraordinary powers. By their enfoldment a Sadhak becomes a siddha yogi. Nothing is required to be brought from neither outside nor does it require the grace of some god or demon to attain Siddhis. What is needed is simply to remove the dense and dark covering which envelops the inner light. The sun of righteous Sadhana of Gayatri removes the clouds of ignorance and the resplendent divine light of the soul is manifested. This is instinct with all divine powers, riddhis-siddhis.
The development of righteousness through Gayatri Sadhana gives birth to numerous kinds of spiritual and material prosperity. The purification of the body and mind makes worldly life happy and peaceful. With the growth of prudence and spiritual power several difficulties which appear to others to be daunting like a steep mountain top become as simple and light as straw. The Sadhak finds no insurmountable hindrance in accomplishment of any work. Either circumstances change according to his will or he adjusts and changes his desires to the circumstances. Suffering is due to conflict between desire and unfavorable circumstances. A prudent person is always resilient and avoids conflict and thus leads a happy life. For him the ganga of divine bliss flows on this earth

Meaning of the Colors2 (Aura)

Number 22 - Gold
Master builder, mastermind, very capable, wise, creative, spiritual, luminary. A person with gold as their primary color possesses the ability to handle large-scale projects with ease, and may achieve anything they have in mind as a goal. If they live rightly to the purpose, they are sure to be crowned with success and be known as VIPs in their field of interest.
Negative effect: It is difficult for them to get over the conflict between inner feelings and practicality, or, in other words, to express spirituality in a practical way. It can be seen that they take more on more work than they can handle, and being unable to complete the project, they cut a sorry figure in the end. Jealousy, malevolence and attraction for bleack magic are some of the negative aspects.
remarks:
7(violet color) and 22 (gold color) are both spiritual in nature. In mathematics they are related through the Greek letter 'pi' which equals 22/7, giving the ratio of the circumference of the circle to its diameter. The Hebrew language contains 22 alphabets and was said to be the language of God.
The colors discussed above are basic colors, and they have a relation to numbers as shown above. There are some other colors, which have the following meanings:
White
White is the composite of all colors. When white sunlight passes through a prism, it breaks up into the seven colors of the rainbow. And on passing through another prism, the seven colors get combined as white. It is rare to see white as a primary color. But when it appears, it represents purity, saintly virtues, concern for others, wisdom and intuitive knowledge from beyond. The person appears to be more than his/her years and seems like he has graduated from the school of earth.
Gray
The appearance of silvery gray as the primary color indicates the awakening of the intuitive faculties leading to illumination. The person should be adept in creative imagination. Dark gray in variations denotes ill health related to specific areas of the body. According to Ted Andrews, gray color in the aura can indicate a person who is secretive and who is the lone wolf type.
Brown
One should not be hasty in interpreting the brown, which appears quite often in the aura. If close to body it may mean physical imbalances, around the head it may mean lack of discrimination, and around the chakras it may mean blocked energy and a need for cleansing. However, brown is also the color of earth and thus it represents new growth and desire for accomplishment, if it appears above the region of the head or below the feet.
Black
Black and dark areas around the physical body may mean a physical imbalance. Black areas around the edge may mean leakage of energy and consciousness from the aura, which may be due to various abuses that one may be accustomed to. Continued abuse that may result in well-formed black holes in the outer skirts, which may not be easy to heal. Only in rare cases, black may imply serious illness or death. It may also mean increasing responsibility for what one does.

Health and Aura Protection
Closest to the body is that part of the aura which one sees in the beginning. It represents health, good or bad. For good health the aura glows with brightness and vitality and it may even appear as rays of light going out. Negative thoughts and ill health result in inflammation, dark spots and distortion in the aura, long before the appearance of the disease in physical form. One can take clues from there and advise the person of a potential unhealthy situation. One can relate the part of the aura that is irregular with the corresponding part of the physical body. you can warn about the likelihood of some disease, without claiming for sure, since that is the job of the medical doctor. You can advise him/her to go in for a medical checkup and diagnosis by a doctor. A disease can be arrested before it manifests itself in physical form, through the study of aura.
A turned-in aura indicates lack of energy and pain in the related part of the body. Alternatively, a gray smudge may appear before the person is affected. For example, before someone gets a bronchial problem, the area around the chest may show a grey smudge. If the pain becomes chronic, the aura may shrink permanently, the colors may turn dull and a black spot may appear at the area of pain. For any chronic illness, the related part of the aura turns grayish brown. If the muscles are torn or damaged, the aura may develop holes in it. On the return of a healthy situation, the holes disappear. In general, grey, brown, dark or dull red and black are warnings of serious ill health or a chronic disease. If someone has radiant lines during good health, the lines may become asymmetrical, inflammated or discolored and/or their size may be reduced to nearly half or one-third when they are ill.
A mental and spiritual process can always be used to heal a person. The tiredness or fatigue in a person can be removed by bathing him/her in a stream of bright red light by the healer. This can be followed by a flush of rich yellow or warm orange light. Bathing him/her in a stream of blue or violet light can invigorate the person. Finally the person should be bathed in white light, which will generate in the person an illuminated state of mind and soul and the healer himself will get charged with cosmic energy. A depressed person can come out of his/her depression through repeated bathing n bright pink light by the healer. Many healers in Florida have been known to heal people through a rush of mixed white and blue light. Eating colored food items also restores the deficiency of colors in the aura.
In the Yoga and meditation workshops, this is end by inviting liquid white light which enters into the body through the crown center. And the participants can visualize a globe of light at each of the seven chakras. Then the people are asked to feel the presence of liquid white light everywhere inside and outside their bodies. Then they are asked to feel the presence of the divine hand on top of their head, from which energy and vibrations emanate and enter their bodies. This is called Shaktipat. Most people report the vanishing of fatigue or pain from any part of the body and invigoration of the whole body. A regular workshop of two hours every day can repair the aura of its deficiencies and protect it from all-effects permanently. Yogis live in perfect health and they never bother to see the colors of the aura.

God is Everywhere
According to the Yajurveda 32/8 "The learned people come to know through their knowledge, thinking, contemplation and experience that God is present in every matter. HE astounds everyone. The entire creation has manifested through HIM. All living beings are produced by HIM and go into oblivion (merge into HIM)"
Message: This world has both believers in God and non-believers in God. Those who do not believe in God, they also believe that there is some "power" which runs this entire creation and millions of universes with a definite rhythm. Whether tested on the basis of intelligence and logic or whether you believe on the basis of faith and trust, there cannot be any doubt in the presence everywhere of God. HE is not actually seen, but we can experience Him in every situation. The only condition for that is that we do not make an effort to prove this wrong by rigidly or dogmatically trapping ourselves in a particular line of thought i.e. by keeping an open mind. God Supreme is present in the entire universe. This entire universe is His form 'Purusha eveda ngum sarvam'
Man's strength of soul increases by accepting in this manner the presence of God everywhere. By constantly remaining in the presence of a powerful, capable friend and helper, one's own talent, capability and manliness or valor is awakened and mind's activity for good deeds increases. Man himself is saved due to protection by the divine light of God's authority. He is constantly aware that he is not away from God's sight and he will certainly get the result of his good or bad deeds. In this manner when man gets engaged in good deeds, he saves himself from bad or wicked deeds as well as progresses on the road to becoming a devata (deity) i.e. on the road to achieving divinity.
Everything in this world has the support of something else. If this support is small and brittle, then the condition of that thing will be wobbly. If this support is strong then that thing will be long-lasting and stable. One, who makes the Omnipresent God as his support, is always free from worries. The storms of the universe around him, of attachment, greed, arrogance etc will not be capable of shaking him. He always gets the vision of God in his heart. Our soul is an infinitesimal part of that Supreme Father. The stream of the vital force of life in the body is due to Him only. The never-diminishing treasure of power is within us only, but we are not able to know this fact because of ignorance and always go on crying about our own badluck. When we think by the knowledge, experience and discretion which are all within us, then we are able to experience God's boundless powers within us. This power increases the strength of the soul and the road to the conquest of troubles in our life becomes easy. The protecting hand of the kind Father is always on our head and protects us.
Only the shelter of the all powerful God is capable of liberating us from the world's troublenece.

Gayatri Tantra
"Do not divulge this Mantra to the disciple of any other person, especially one who is not devoted. If this is done, it may result in death".
What has been stated above is indicative of the fact that Tantra is a secret science and it is not desirable to indiscriminately disclose it to others. Tantrik Sadhanas are very difficult, as difficult as picking up pearls from the bottom of the ocean. Divers risk their lives and dive deep into the ocean and lay hand on pearls with great difficulty, but during this process they have to encounter the dangerous creatures of the ocean. An acrobat displays his feats, attracts people and earns praise but if there is any mishap, one can imagine what would be his lot?
Tantra amounts to waging war against nature and gaining victory over its powers. For this, extra-ordinary efforts are required and their reactions are also equally extra-ordinary. When a stone is thrown in water there is disturbance on the water's surface. A Tantrik Sadhak attacks nature by his secret Sadhana to attain its hidden powers. Nature counter attacks ferociously and as such this Sadhana is fraught with grave risks.
When a gun is fired there is a powerful back-push and a terrible sound is produced. If the gunman is weak he can fall flat on his back by the jerk and start trembling by its crashing sound. Snakes are found near a sandal-wood tree, roses are surrounded by thrones. The stings of honey-bees have to be faced for obtaining honey. Tantrik Sadhanas are also frightful pursuits which are full of frightful hazards. Had it not been so, anybody could have easily achieved those powers of the occult.
The pursuits of Tantra Sadhana are as difficult as walking on the cutting edge of a sword and for this one must possess adequate initiative, courage, firmness, fearlessness and patience. One can attain success only if he performs Sadhana to subjugate some evil spirit, ghost or devil. During the Sadhana they encounter dreadful scenes and if they are overpowered by those evil spirits they have to face terrible consequences. Several suck people fall seriously ill, some become mad, and some even die.
Tantra is a provocatively violent system which created powerful vibrations resulting in heat and excitement in the nature. In the summer the temperature shoots up on account of terrible rays of the sun giving rise to dust-storms, tempests and heat waves. some people suffer from sun-stroke, dust particles enter into the eyes of some persons while others suffer from boils, pimples, ulcers etc. Trees get uprooted and thatched roofs are blown away. In Tantra Sadhana also similar violent disturbances are created and heat waves and dust-storms of subtle type are encountered which create terrific vibration in the human mind. Due to these vibrations several dreadful entities like ghosts, devils, demons etc. seem to appear from nowhere. If the Sadhak lacks the courage to face these terrifying scenes smilingly he becomes awe-stuck and non-pulsed and his life is endangered.
Everyone cannot face such difficulties. It requires a courageous mental background to do so. A man himself cannot decide whether or not he is capable of performing Tantra Sadhana. Just as a patient cannot treat himself, a student cannot learn all by himself. That is why an experienced guide is required to learn Tantrik Sadhana. The guide examines the would be student's mental background and decides which particular Sadhana is useful for him. Tantra Sadhanas are, thus, performed according to the tradition of teacher and taught. The guide or teacher, who is called Guru, strictly enjoins upon the student to keep this Sadhana secret so that he may not be tempted to misuse to keep this. Sadhana should be secret so that he may not be tempted to misuse it.
